I’m Mu—space holder, self-regulation guide, and intuitive practitioner of healing through breath, movement, mindset, and energy.

My journey began long before certifications and titles—through lived experience, survival, awakening, and the soul-deep calling to become whole.
In 2015, I answered that call. In 2018, I became a certified yoga teacher in India, and in the years since, my path has grown into something more sacred than a modality—it’s become a way of life.

Healing House by Mu is the living expression of that path.
Here, I weave together the timeless tools of yoga therapy, Ayurveda, herbalism, breathwork, and self-regulation to create holistic healing that meets you where you are—in your body, your energy, your nervous system, your life.

I’m currently deepening my work through Clinical Yoga Therapy certification, honoring the body as a map, and the nervous system as a gateway back to the soul.

This space is for anyone ready to release survival and return to self—gently, slowly, intentionally.
You don’t have to rush. You don’t have to “fix” yourself.
You only have to begin.
