We’ll explore what’s been feeling heavy, unclear, or dysregulated—and uncover a first step to help you return to yourself with more calm, clarity, and ease. You’ll leave with one small, aligned practice to begin regulating your energy in a way that feels natural and nurturing. 📍 Held on Zoom • Come as you are
Cancellation Policy
📅 Booking Policy All sessions must be booked at least 3 days in advance to allow for proper energetic preparation. Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email and any materials you need to begin your session. Late bookings may be accepted on a case-by-case basis depending on availability. ❌ Cancellation Policy You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be subject to a 50% session fee. No-shows are non-refundable. 🔁 Rescheduling Life happens—I honor that. If you need to reschedule, please do so with at least 24 hours’ notice via email or direct message. One reschedule per session is allowed. After that, a new booking is required. 💸 Refund Policy All digital programs and services are non-refundable once started. Refunds for packages will be considered under special circumstances and must be requested within 7 days of purchase. 💬 Communication All communication for bookings, changes, or follow-ups should go through email or my official booking page. I lovingly ask that all messages be respectful of time and space—just as I hold space for you.
